By using Timewalked (this site), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
Timewalked is a fan-made tool for building and evaluating Magic: The Gathering Commander decks — a power-level classifier, a deck builder, and a crowdsourced card-rating game. It is unofficial Fan Content permitted under Wizards of the Coast's Fan Content Policy, not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Portions of the material used (card names, text, images) are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for whatever happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up (a real, working email address, since that's how account recovery works). One person, one account — don't create accounts to evade a ban or to game the card-rating game's leaderboard.
You can stop using this site and delete your account at any time from the Account page (see the Privacy Policy for details).
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Try to break, overload, or abuse this site or the services it depends on (scraping at volume, automated signup spam, attempting to access another user's account or data)
- Use the site to harass anyone or post anything illegal, including in leaderboard display names and card-rating notes, which other people can see
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else
We can remove content, suspend, or terminate an account that violates this, without much ceremony — this is a small, currently-free hobby project, not a service with a dedicated trust-and-safety team.
The classifier and deck builder's scoring is an opinion, not a rule
The "bracket on paper" number follows Wizards of the Coast's own published Commander bracket guidelines as closely as we can implement them. The "feels like" score and every other rating is this project's own judgment — calibrated against real playtesting and crowdsourced data, but still an opinion about how powerful a deck plays, not an official rule, and not a guarantee about how any specific pod will actually feel about your deck. Use it as a tool, not a verdict.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is." We built this as a hobby project and try to keep it accurate and working, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or exactly right. Card data comes from Scryfall; combo detection comes from Commander Spellbook; both are external services we don't control and can't guarantee the accuracy of.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows it, Timewalked and its creator aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site — this is a free tool, not a service with a support contract. If your local law doesn't allow limiting liability this broadly, only the parts that are enforceable apply.
Changes
We can update these terms as the site changes. If something material changes, we'll update the date above and make a reasonable effort to let signed-in users know.
